Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms of service:

All commissions are for personal use only
Changes are only allowed during the draft phase
Payment is through PayPal only, you must pay 50% upfront (non-refundable) before I start the commission, the finished commission will be sent to you via email after the remaining 50% payment is recieved
You can cancel your commission if the first 50% payment has not yet been paid (no refund)
Commissions will take 1~3 weeks to complete after I accept, please let me know if there is any specific deadline
I own the rights to all commissions and I may post them online, please inform me if you don't want me to post it

I can refuse any commissions I don't feel comfortable doing
